A few weeks ago I was very fortunate to have three packers from your company take great pains in packing my possession in York,Maine for storage in your storage facility until I am able to move into my permanent residence in South Carolina. Their names are Hunter, Andrew, and Jordan.They were very courteous and extremely dedicated in packing my possessions for safe keeping. And although I was not there all of the time they were packing I think they only took time out to grab a few bites of lunch eating standing up! I just wanted them and you know their work ethic was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I first encountered the William C Huff Companies when we were building an estate in Naples, FL. We had been using a "moving and storage" company to do local moving and to receive some new furnishings for the new home. When we heard about Jim Henderson's company, we began using their receiving services. Right away, we noticed that they were not ordinary. Their staff all seemed incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, which we had never experienced, was evident throughout the company. Fifteen years later, we continue to use the William C Huff Companies for our logistics needs in Naples and beyond.

In recent years I have gotten to know Jim Henderson a bit more and am impressed with his passion for others and our environment. He is someone who does not just talk about helping others and our environment; he does it. His entire warehouse is run off the most extensive solar system in Collier County, and he has started a company to design and build energy-efficient steel homes that will save energy and be affordable for many people. His commitment to at-risk children is also impressive. He is passionate about helping foster children get the education they need to break the cycle of poverty and dysfunction.

In the end, I would like to say that whoever has the opportunity to use the William C Huff Company for their estate logistics needs, will not be just hiring a company but also entering a relationship. We had to move our estate very quickly and the entire Huff family was superb. The main home (three stories) and guest home were more than 25,000 square feet. The property consists of three acres with furniture at the tennis courts, koi pond, putting greens and pool. This would have been a difficult move under normal circumstances but we needed to be out in three weeks and the homeowner and son were leaving the country for a month immediately afterwards. A new home had not been found so the furniture had to go into storage at Huff Storage. It is difficult to express my amazement with how quickly, efficiently, and securely all this came together. Crates had to be built to securely hold and move the chandeliers and art. Jim Henderson was stationed in the main foyer building the crates and orchestrating his crew. Not that they needed much orchestration. Jim has hired an amazing crew. Our Huff team leader continues to work with us and help us. He has several members of his team and we know them all well. Mitch knows better than we do what pieces are still in storage and what pieces have been moved to which subsequent homes. (The two daughters now have separate homes.) Mitch and his team are available to deliver and pick up our large Christmas trees as well as move furniture in and out of rooms for various social and charity events. We consider the entire Huff team family. I could not imagine making any moves or changes without the Huff family.

On the day of our move the workers arrived 15 minutes early in a clean, modern truck complete with all the equipment needed for our move. They completed our move a full 3 hours faster than our written estimate. Your men really know their jobs and they performed them quickly, efficiently and with consistent good humor. Like most people we hate the moving process, but your company took all the worry out of our move. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

I wanted to say how extremely grateful all of us were for the care Huff took in moving our parents possessions from Old Naples to Moorings Park, and to Connecticut. The Team from Huff was simply incredible; they were thoughtful, conscientious, good humored, and helpful. One member continually looked after my mother...which she, my sister and I appreciated. Such moves are stressful for anyone, let alone for an elderly couple. Finally, the furniture arrived in perfect shape and the delivery couldn't have gone smoother. In today's busy and often anti-personal business world, the phrase "customer service" has almost become an oxymoron. However, this is not the case with William C. Huff Companies. No request I made, and there were numerous, was ever too enormous or complicated for anyone on your staff. All of your employees were courteous, polite and eager to assist me in any manner necessary to meet my needs; in fact, they often went out of their way to assist me-without being asked.

We are writing in regard to our recent move. Our movers, Chris and Joe were truly outstanding! The day of the move was difficult due to weather and access. While unloading at our new house Chris and Joe were very careful to protect our new floors and trim, which we appreciated.
