Entry level mover
Huff culture, packing, moving and loading of trucks.
Usually 1-2 week trial basis before getting the nod to stay or go.
After first 4-6 weeks, pay raise and review with crew leader/manager/senior crew leader for overall performance.
Pay scale $13-$17/hour.
Reports to Senior CL, Senior CL Trainer and CL In Training.
