Our elite designer receiving and delivery services are customized to the exact needs of each designer as well as the expectations of their clients. We provide full open-and-inspect services when items arrive at our facility.
A trained, senior staff member will carefully open and fully inspect each item, ensuring that it has arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what the designer is expecting. Each item is documented in photos and custom notifications are sent to the client. Items are then repackaged and placed in our climate controlled storage facility until the installation at the residence.
During installation our experienced team will deliver and install the items, working hand in hand with the designer to ensure everything is perfect in the residence. No detail is too small, particularly when a design calls for everything to be placed perfectly, down to the half inch.
